Lynn Lawandales Crooks

Lynn manages the real estate section of Clawson & Staubes and practices primarily in Commercial Real Estate Law, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, development and condominium and homeowner association representation.  She has practiced in the Charleston area since her admission to the South Carolina Bar in 1981.  Lynn received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 1981 and her B.A. degree Magna Cum Laude from the College of Charleston in 1977.

 

Lynn is a South Carolina licensed agent for Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, Chicago Title Insurance Company and Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation.

 

In addition to her professional duties, Lynn teaches as an Adjunct Professor at the College of Charleston in the Finance Department.
