Our commercial law and bankruptcy group is experienced in all areas of creditor's rights including the Uniform Commercial Code, Consumer Protection Code, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Claim and Delivery, Replevin, Foreclosure Law, and Bankruptcy. We regularly represent our clients in all state and federal courts in North Carolina and South Carolina.
Clients include both secured and unsecured creditors, lenders, lessors, investors, asset purchasers, creditors committees and occasionally debtors. Our team also handles foreclosures and collections in both North Carolina and South Carolina.
Commercial Bankruptcy
