PERSONAL INJURY AND WORKER’S COMPENSATION ATTORNEY JOINS CHARLESTON LAW FIRM

 

Kristen Nichols, a graduate of the law school at Michigan State University, has joined Clawson & Staubes, LLC, as an associate. Nichols, a Charleston native, practices in the areas of tort and personal injury, insurance law, litigation and worker’s compensation.Nichols graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina with a bachelor’s degree in international relations. She was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and the Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority. She graduated from Michigan State University with a J.D. degree in 2005. While there, she served on the editorial board of the Michigan State University Journal of Medicine and Law.   Headquartered on Daniel Island, Clawson & Staubes, LLC has been providing legal services to the Charleston area for 30 years.
