E. Dale Lang, Jr. was born in Sarasota, FL and raised in Greenville, SC. He attended Furman University and earned a B.A. in Computing/Business in 1990. After college, Dale moved to Columbia, SC and worked as an automobile claims representative for six years. He earned his J.D. from the University of South Carolina in 1999. While in law school, he was a member of the Jessup International Moot Court, a representative for his class in the Student Bar Association, and active in mock trial competitions.
In his nearly 18 years of practice, Dale has tried more than 230 cases to jury verdict. His area of practice includes insurance defense, including personal injury and construction defects. Dale currently resides in Lexington, SC with his wife and two teenage daughters. He enjoys spending time with his family and woodworking.
