About

Jessica’s practice focuses on civil litigation where she represents individuals, businesses, and insurance companies in all phases of litigation. She practices in the areas of general liability, premises liability, transportation, insurance coverage, products liability, and business litigation. Jessica handles lawsuits from inception to trial as well as counsels clients on risk assessment, coverage issues, and bad faith matters. She has successfully defended suits involving catastrophic injuries, including orthopedic injuries, brain injuries, and spinal injuries.

Jessica attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree, where she graduated cum laude. She later earned her Juris Doctor from Mercer University School of Law. While in law school, she served as a law clerk for the Honorable William A. Fears, Superior Court Judge for the Towaliga Judicial Circuit, and as a research assistant for Professor David Hricik.

Jessica presently serves on the firm’s Engagement Committee, and previously chaired the Associate Committee where she served as the firm’s Associate liaison. She is active in the Charleston County Bar Association and the South Carolina Bar Young Lawyers Division and is admitted to practice in both Georgia and South Carolina.
