Grayson’s practice focuses on immigration law. Grayson represents clients in both employment-based and family-based immigration matters. He regularly represents clients in applications for non-immigrant visas, lawful permanent residence, and United States citizenship. Grayson also has experience representing clients in applications for Temporary Protected Status (TPS), Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and U visas. Grayson works with clients from North Carolina, South Carolina, across the United States, and around the world. Grayson is fluent in Spanish.
Grayson graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He has dual majors in Anthropology and Global Studies, with a concentration in international politics, nation-states, and social movements in Western Europe/European Union, and a minor in Global Cinema. Grayson then attended the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, Grayson served as the Vice President of the Immigration Law Association and participated in the Immigration Clinic.
Grayson serves as the Vice Chair of the Immigration and Nationality Section of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Grayson lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with his wife, Mattie, and their dog, Lucy. In his free time, Grayson enjoys traveling and experiencing new cultures, playing and watching soccer, and watching cooking/baking shows on TV.
