M. Grayson Gibson

About

Grayson’s practice focuses on immigration law. Grayson represents clients in both employment-based and family-based immigration matters. He regularly represents clients in applications for non-immigrant visas, lawful permanent residence (green card), and United States citizenship. Grayson also has experience representing clients in applications for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) and U visas. Grayson works with clients from North Carolina, South Carolina, across the United States, and around the world. Grayson is fluent in Spanish.

Grayson graduated cum laude from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Grayson then attended the University of North Carolina School of Law. During law school, Grayson served as the Vice President of the Immigration Law Association and participated in the Immigration Clinic.

Grayson currently serves as the Chair of the Immigration and Nationality Section of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association. Grayson is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association Carolinas Chapter.
