Peggy Urbanic

Peggy’s practice focuses on insurance defense and mediation. Peggy has represented a wide variety of clients from individuals to large corporations. She handles both personal injury defense work and workers’ compensation defense work representing both the employer and insurance carrier. Peggy has tried numerous cases to verdict throughout South Carolina. Peggy has also appeared before the South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission, the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court. Peggy has served as a mediator for both workers’ compensation cases and personal injury cases.

Peggy graduated from the College of Charleston for her undergraduate degree in history. Peggy then attended the University of South Carolina for her law degree.
